Director position 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as the Director for the Abbey of the Hills Inn and Retreat Center located in Marvin, SD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Abbey, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and staff supervision. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred along with 5+ years of experience in operations management. Being an active Catholic in good standing with the Church and a commitment to the mission of the Abbey is preferred.
