A Piano Exhibit

Steve Misener hosts the country’s largest, interactive exhibit presenting the design, engineering, production and aesthetic beauty of pianos and other keyboard instruments, featuring antique working models dating from the 1700s to 1950s. "The Beauty of the Mass Through the Eyes of a Lay Person"

The Abbey of the Hills Inn and Retreat Center will be offering a Day of Recollection.

Missy Baumberger and the Abbey of the Hills invite you to join us on this Day of Recollection to rediscover the gift of the Mass through the eyes of a layperson, to be empowered by God’s great love of self and to be re energized on what it looks like to live out the great commission of sharing Christ with each of those we encounter.  Through this understanding of the Mass, we will open our hearts to receive a greater love and appreciation for each of the Sacraments.  If available, please bring with you your bible and Catechism of the Catholic Church.

The day will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 3:00p.m. This day long retreat will consist of two conferences and Mass as well as built in time for adoration and an opportunity for the sacrament of Reconciliation. Lunch is provided.

The Abbey of the Hills is sustained in large part by the donations of the retreatants. For those who can give, your donation will help “pay the gift of peace” forward to help those with limited means.

Registration is required for meal planning purposes.
